FOCUS.

This statewide Symposium, co-hosted by Senator Richard Burr, Senator Kay Hagan, and the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC), is focused on helping installations and federal agencies meet their net zero goals and the requirements outlined in their agencies’ Strategic Sustainability Performance Plans, while simultaneously creating business opportunities for North Carolina businesses.

CONCEPT. 

The Symposium will engage up to 350 industry and government representatives in facilitated, interactive discussions focused on current DoD and installation initiatives, future requirements and industry recommendations to achieve sustainability objectives.

Exhibitor registration includes a table-top for exhibitor display (see below for more information), plus admission for two (2) to the Symposium which includes a full program, light breakfast, buffet lunch, beverages/snacks throughout the day and event materials.

PAYMENT.  After completion of your registration, online payment is available through the use of a Visa or MasterCard.  Online payment is preferred.  However, checks will be accepted.  Checks must be made out to "Fayetteville Technical Community College" and mailed to PO Box 1748, Fayetteville, NC 28302-1748.

ADDITIONAL EXHIBITOR INFORMATION. 

Additional Participants.  If your organization would like to send individuals outside of the two provided in the exhibitor registration, they must register and pay as an attendee. 

Exhibit Space.  Exhibitor space includes a table-top for exhibitor display (8-foot table, chairs, table skirting, and electricity if requested).  If your organization plans to utilize the electricity, please provide your own extension cords.  Electricity will only be provided to companies who designate the need on their registration. 

Set-Up.  Early exhibitor set-up will be available on June 12, 2012 from 5:00 - 8:00 pm.  Set-up will be available the day of the Symposium (June 13, 2012) beginning at 7:00 am.

EVENT CANCELLATION POLICYIf the need to cancel occurs, please notify NCMBC in writing to smedickc@ncmbc.us prior to May 17, 2012 for a full refund.  Refunds will not be provided to those who cancel after close of businesses on May 17, 2012.  Refunds will not be provided for "No Shows" the day of the event.
