Fort Bragg Business Outreach Event. Hosted by the U.S. Army Garrison Fort Bragg, the Fort Bragg Outreach Event provides a forum for Directorate and other installation officials to provide an update on:
Directorate and agency missions and scope of current operations
Processes for doing business with Directorates and agencies
Currently contracted services, current prime contractors and duration of current service contracts (where applicable)
Current and anticipated requirements for goods and services
The budget and contracting environment and its anticipated impact on future operations
Mission & Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bragg Acquisition 4th Quarter Forecast Open House. Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) – Fort Bragg will conduct an Acquisition Forecast Open House for current and prospective federal contractors in the Cumberland Hall Auditorium on the campus of Fayetteville Technical Community College (FTCC). Although FTCC is providing the venue and assisting with administration and logistics, this Forecast Open House is a MICC – Fort Bragg event. The event will be conducted in conjunction with the NC Defense and Economic Development Trade Show.
Contract Opportunities For Your Business: Army, Air Force, Navy, Marine Corps and the Special Operations Forces. Representatives from Mission & Installations Contracting Command (MICC), US Army Corps of Engineers – Wilmington District, Seymour Johnson AFB, Naval Facilities and Engineering Command (NAVFAC), Marine Corps Installations East/Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune and representatives from the special operations community will present and engage in an interactive discussion with businesses about their agencies’ current and future opportunities, contractual challenges, needs, requirements and processes. These experienced government business leaders will share their perspectives and provide advice on doing business with the government. Audience participation throughout the session is encouraged.
North Carolina Military Business Center: Tools for Your Success. This session will include a presentation and discussion of tools, resources and techniques available from the NCMBC to help NC businesses to identify, pre-position and market themselves for federal contract opportunities, and to compete for and win federal business. The session will include a demonstration of market intelligence resources on www.ncmbc.us, and a discussion of business and proposal development resources available from the NCMBC.
