DoD has an aerospace/aviation force composed of a wide variety of platforms to perform a broad range of functions and accomplish a myriad of missions. Aerospace Workforce and Talent Pipeline: Resources for Government and Industry. This session will focus on the recruitment, training, employment and retention of a skilled aerospace industry workforce. Panel members will also focus on specific resources, programs and initiatives in K-12, Community College and UNC systems, as well as aerospace-focused apprenticeships, internships and other sources of talent – including the transitioning military workforce.
