Austin Bridge & Road is bidding as prime contractor and is teaming with Crowder Construction Company as a dedicated subcontractor.  This project requires specific participation by subcontractors that have a certification SB/SDB/SWBE/SDVOSB/ or HUB Zone.   As responsible General Contractors, we will aggressively pursue the aforementioned certified subcontractor participation in excess of the minimum requirements.  All subcontractors must make an effort to solicit the specified Small Business participation.  Austin Bridge & Road, L.P. and Crowder Construction Company are soliciting companies listed as Small Businesses in the Central Contractor Registry in North Carolina.

Scope of work:  Asphalt Paving & Marking, Clear & Grubb, Slipform Barrier Wall, Concrete, Curb & Gutter & Sidewalk, Concrete Pumping, Drainage Structures, Erosion Control, Grading, Grooving, Guardrail, Hauling – Dirt / Stone, Landscaping (seed & fertilizer), Reinforcing Steel – Supply and/or Install, Supply Stone, Supply Pile/Reinforcing Steel, Supply Precast Concrete, Signs – Workzone & Permanent, Surveying  Mapping, Welding – Metal Decking, Metal Rails, Single Slope Barrier Drainage, Wet, Dry & Energy Utilities, At Grade RR Crossings.

Austin Bridge & Road is willing to break down and/or combine elements of work into economically feasible units on a case-by-case basis to facilitate Small Business participation in this bid opportunity.  It is acceptable to bid multiple items listed in the solicitation.  Please contact this office if you need assistance in obtaining bonding, lines of credit, insurance, equipment, materials or supplies to satisfy the work requirements in the bid proposal.
