General. Guerrero-Pence Group, LLC, a joint venture team of Guerrero Builders of Raeford NC and Howard W Pence General Contractors of Elizabethtown, KY have recently been awarded two MACC contracts for construction, which includes both design-bid-build and design-build projects. The MACC contracts include work to be performed at Seymour Johnson AFB, Camp Lejeune, Cherry Point and New River Marine Bases. Guerrero Builders also has been working at Ft Bragg for over 12 years and is currently working on a number of construction projects on the Post. Howard W Pence is currently working on a number of projects on military bases located in the Southeast Region. Guerrero-Pence is seeking subcontractors, suppliers of all sizes and within all trade divisions.
