ITES-2S Contract. Harris IT Services is one of 16 primes on the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-2 Services (ITES-2S) contract. The ITES-2S contract is a performance-based, indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity (ID/IQ), decentralized task order execution contract vehicle with a $20B ceiling. Established by the U.S. Army’s Program Executive Office for Enterprise Information Systems (PEO EIS), ITES-2S is designed to support the Army’s enterprise IT goals worldwide. The ITES-2S contract provides for a broad range of services and solutions to support Army combat systems, including: command, control, communications, and computers, as well as the service’s business systems. The Harris ITES-2S team stands ready to fulfill enterprise requirements in a comprehensive scope of contract task areas, to include:
- IT Services
- Information Systems Security
- Information Assurance
- Network Support
- Business Process Reengineering
- Enterprise Design, Integration, and Consolidation
- Education and Training
- Program and Project Management
- Systems Operation and Maintenance

Subcontractor Prerequisites.
- Good standing with North Carolina Military community
- Department of Defense/Government past performance
- Possess knowledge of forthcoming opportunities/have established pipeline
- Ability to write proposals and adhere to associated schedules
- Relationships and presence in North Carolina Military community (specifically Ft. Bragg/ Fayetteville)
- Experience in at least one of the ITES-2S task areas listed above
