Name of the Opportunity: CONTINENTAL US SUPPORT BASE SERVICES (CSBS) II

- Description: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center -- Fort Sam Houston (formerly ACA Southern Region Contracting Center-West) is conducting market research to determine the extent of small business sources capable of performing as prime contractors for the Continental US Support Base Services (CSBS) II Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. NAICS Code and Size Standard: The anticipated North American Industrial Classification System (NACIS) code for this acquisition is 561210 Facilities Support Services; small business size standard is $35.5 Million. Contract Value: The estimated ceiling value is $900M+. Additionally historical data indicates that task orders were issued under the current CSBS contract in amounts ranging from $170K to $146M.Currently the CSBS contract is split into two suites East and West. Contract Type: The current CSBS contracts have firm-fixed-price (FFP) cost plus fixed fee (CPFF) and Time and Materials/Labor Hours pricing arrangements. The Government anticipates only using firm-fixed-price (FFP) and FFP with cost reimbursable CLINs pricing arrangements in the new SBS contracts. Period of Performance: A base and four one-year option periods.
