Event Name.  The North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) will host Military Construction Certified Payroll  Training on Wednesday, July 21, 2010 in Fayetteville, NC and on Thursday, July 22, 2010 in Jacksonville, NC.

Purpose. The North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) is hosting a training session oriented at certified payroll training for contractors and subcontractors working in the federal marketplace. Please join us to learn more about:

  • Understanding regulatory requirements, including certified payroll reporting
  • Knowing your rights and responsibilities as a subcontractor
  • Understanding expectations of the Government and Prime Contractors

Sample topics will include certified payroll reporting, Davis Bacon Act and Wage Determinations .

Individuals uncertain about how to use certified payrolls and what the government expects from you as a prime contractor are encouraged to attend.  This training session gives participants an opportunity to fully understand the process with examples.
