NC Aerospace Alliance Supplier Conference & Quarterly Meeting

The inaugural NC Aerospace Supplier Conference, presented by the North Carolina Aerospace Alliance, will be held on July 14, 2009 at Wake Technical Community College in the Student Services Building (9101 Fayetteville Road, Raleigh, NC 27603) from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.  Come hear NC based prime contractors describe their defense and commercial aerospace projects and needs.  Meet other aerospace subcontractors and enjoy the luncheon with a speaker from Cherry Point Air Station.  There will also be an exhibit area for one-on-one interaction.

 

North Carolina Aerospace Supplier Conference Goal: The goal is simple, promote and grow our aerospace industry by bringing together North Carolina users, purchasers, manufacturers and suppliers through education, networking and growth opportunities as well as sharing "best practices" in order to provide job growth, financial stability, and a stronger industry in our State.

Attendee Information

  • Pre-Registration is required
  • Cost of $50.00
  • Includes Registration for one (1) Conference Attendee
  • Registration 8:00 AM to 8:45 AM
  • Cost includes lunch and Coffee/Drinks at breaks
  • Admittance to Exhibit area
  • Admittance to all Conference Presentations and/or Forums

Each Attendee registered and in attendance will receive entry in a drawing for free Registration (Cost waived) for the next NC AA Supplier Conference (winner to be announced at this years conference).

Exhibitor Information

  • Pre-Registration is required
  • Cost of $150.00
  • Attendee registration is not included.
  • Display size not to exceed 10' for floor model, prefer table top exhibits for first conference
  • One 8' table will be provided
  • Electrical outlets not available in all areas (extension chords not supplied)
  • Display set-up is July 14, 2009 from 7:15 AM to 8:45 AM (No displays will be allowed to be set up after 8:45)
  • No display removal before 4:30 PM July 14, 2009 (Close of Conference)
  • Security will not be provided to unattended displays
  • Audio/Video assistance will not be provided
  • No refunds for cancellations received after July 1, 2009

Each 2009 Exhibitor registered and in attendance will receive entry in a drawing for free exhibitor space for the next NC AA Supplier Conference (winner to be announced at this years conference)

The North Carolina Aerospace Alliance Foundation is a non-profit Golden Leaf-funded association of industry, university, community college and non-profit organizations in North Carolina.  The NC AA committed to growing jobs in the state through the manufacture and supply of products for Commercial Aircraft, Department of Defense (DoD) aircraft and other systems.  The NC-AA conducts quarterly public meetings across the state.
