  • Buildings, Infrastructure & Energy (Roundtable 1): sustainable building, energy demand reduction, renewable energy, energy security ESPSs and EULs, master planning, “greening” of federal buildings through energy audits and smart systems and the mandate to implement the 2030 net-zero-energy building requirement
  • Materiel Lifecycle Management & Green Procurement (Roundtable 2): challenges and opportunities in materiel lifecycle management to include waste minimization, recycling, electronic stewardship, “green procurement” and the mandate to achieve 50% recycling and waste diversion by 2015
  • Water, Waste Water and Storm Water Management (Roundtable 3): water conservation, treatment distribution, reuse and recycling; waste water and storm water management; ground water contamination, solar hot water, cooling tower systems and mandates to achieve 26% improvement in water efficiency by 2020 and to implement storm water provisions of the Energy Independence and Security Act of 2007
  • Training Areas, Land Management & Encroachment (Roundtable 4): Training range sustainability, maintenance of working lands, encroachment, native plant species for waste conservation and erosion control
  • Transportation & Alternative Fuels (Roundtable 5) : Alternative fuels, alternative fuel vehicles, non-tactical fleet management, installation transit initiatives and requirements, and the mandate to achieve 30% reduction in vehicle fleet petroleum use by 2020
