NCMBC Services. The NCMBC’s goal is to eliminate obstacles to engagement by NC manufacturers and other businesses in the defense marketplace. One obstacle reported by businesses is their lack of familiarity with, lack of capability to perform and/or lack of information about business that perform packaging, labeling, RFID and shipping to military specifications.
