Purpose. Suffolk Construction of West Palm Beach, FL is pursuing the Courthouse Bay Bachelor Enlisted Quarters (BEQ) Project. This project constructs three BEQs up to five stories to provide a total of 400 bedrooms. The project also includes, as an option, the construction of an approximate 600 space parking garage. Suffolk Construction is currently building the Physical Fitness Center on Camp Lejeune and has other projects in the Southeast region. Suffolk Construction is seeking subcontractors, suppliers of all sizes and within all trade divisions.
