Description. T.A. Loving Company is a General Contractor / Construction Manager located in Goldsboro North Carolina that focuses on both military and private construction in Eastern North Carolina. We are currently pursuing the UNC Wilmington Marine Biotechnical Research Facility in Wilmington North Carolina as well as several projects at Camp Lejeune, the City of Jacksonville, the City of Wilmington and Fort Bragg.
