GSA: Request for Proposals

On October  7, 2016 GSA released two Request for Proposals (RFP) for the Phase II Building Maintenance and Operations (BMO) strategic sourcing solution. These RFPs will result in two multiple-award, governmentwide contract vehicles (BMO Unrestricted and BMO Small Business) supporting the strategic sourcing initiative to reduce costs and drive efficient purchasing by federal agencies. The BMO solution, which recently earned a best-in-class designation, offers customers a one-stop shop to fulfill all their facilities maintenance needs.

The BMO Phase II will add five additional zones to the solution.  The zonal approach creates reasonably sized regions in which small businesses can realistically compete and operate.  The five new Phase II zones are outlined below:

Zone 2 – Maine, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Connecticut, Rhode Island
Zone 3 – Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina
Zone 4 – Texas, Oklahoma
Zone 5 – California, Nevada
Zone 6 – Kansas, Nebraska, Missouri, Iowa, Illinois

Each zone will be a separate contract line item number (CLIN) under both solicitations.  Vendors may choose to offer on one or multiple zones.

Please visit FedBizOpps to view the BMO Phase II Final RFP and BMO Phase II SB Final RFP. The deadline for submission of proposals is Tuesday, November 22, 2016.

The NC Military Business Center, the NC Community College System, and the State of North Carolina do not officially endorse events. These items are posted strictly for the information and convenience of NCMBC customers.
