1187 NC Contract Actions (Dec 1-31)

The federal government awarded 1187 contract actions in excess of $87 million to North Carolina firms between Dec 1 – Dec 31, 2016.  The following are examples of the 1187 contract actions:
 

Bertie Ambulance Services, Inc of Windsor (Wilson) was awarded a $350,000.00 contract for ALS/BLS transportation from the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Contract number: VA24617C0004

Joseph K Oppermann Architect PA of Winston-Salem (Forsyth) was awarded a $143,769.44 contract to develop historic structure reports for three structures at Cape Lookout National Seashore, Harkers Island, etc. from the Department of Interior.  Contract award: INP17PD00305.

Operations Services, Inc. of Fayetteville (Cumberland) was awarded a $70,915.16 contract for USAFCENT A4 logistics support from the General Services Administration.  Contract award: GS04Q16DBC0008.

Andritz Hydro Corp. of Charlotte (Mecklenburg) was awarded a $6,825,412.50 contract for A2, A4 and A7 PRV Modernization from the Department of Interior.  Contract award: INR17PC00011

Optimum Low Voltage LLC of Wilmington (New Hanover) was awarded a $61,824.22 contract for miscellaneous building fire protection and detection work at Oconaluftee Job Corps Center located in Cherokee, NC from the Department of Agriculture.  Contract award: AG82A7C170019

North Carolina Business Enterprise Program of Raleigh (Wake) was awarded a $316,303.36 contract for critical functions to provide full food services at Coast Guard Base Support Unit (BSU) Elizabeth City, NC from the Department of Homeland Security.  Contract award: HSCG8410CAA5348

Heritage Home Group of High Point (Guilford) was awarded a $35,548.20 contract for furniture for staff in support of overseas mission from the Department of State.  Contract award: SAQMMA17L0094

Avartara Limited Liability Company of Asheville (Buncombe) was awarded a $613,868.20 contract for grounds and facility maintenance services for the Tahoma National Cemetery from the Department of State.  Contract award: VA78617C0028.

Jenesia1 Inc of Powellsville (Bertie) was awarded a $420,000.00 contract for six (6) three bedroom manufactured housing unites DR4285NC from the Department of Homeland Security.  Contract award: HSFE0417J0049

Harrell, Saltrick & Hopper, P.C. of Charlotte (Mecklenburg) was awarded a $535,572.00 contract for AE IDIQ contract from the Department of Veterans Affairs.  Contract award: VA24517J0022

Werner Mathis USA Inc of Concord (Cabarrus) was awarded a $33,939.00 contract for up and unwinding device with drive resp. brake, with 2 winding rollers and gear wheel from the Department of Agriculture.  Contract award: AG32SDP170091.

Diversified Service Contracting, Inc. of Dunn (Harnett) was awarded a $681,623.50 contract for remediation repairs, sanitary drain repairs, and chimney repairs from the Department of Homeland Security.  Contract award:  HSCG8414CAA1425.
