Phase 10 ($10-$25 million; demolish 114 homes,
build 56 single/duplex units)
Phases 8 and 9 ($25-$100 million; demolish 220 homes,
build 219 single/duplex units)
Improve Housing ($25-$100 million; renovate up to
150 housing units)
