Purpose: Hourigan Construction has spent the last three decades separating ourselves from the competition through the use of a truly collaborative construction management process in which all project constituents (clients, subcontractors, designers, consultants, vendors, etc.) are treated with extraordinary levels of fairness and respect. This business model has produced exceptional results with clients across the spectrum of product types including office buildings, retail centers, call centers, schools, hospitals, healthcare facilities, industrial facilities and military work just to name a few.
Due to the relationships and successes created with both private developer and government clients, Hourigan is pursuing multiple opportunities throughout North Carolina over the next twelve to eighteen months. Each of these opportunities represents significant capital investment (> $30 million/each in most cases) in both military related and healthcare specific projects. Having held both Virginia and North Carolina contractor’s licenses for nearly three decades, we are innately familiar with the construction landscape. We wish to ensure that the economic benefit of these programs remains in the state through the use of North Carolina based contractors and vendors.
