CONFIRMED EXHIBITOR INFORMATION: 18TH ANNUAL NORTH CAROLINA DEFENSE AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT TRADE SHOW
The below information is for the use of confirmed exhibitors of the Defense Trade Show. If you are not a confirmed exhibitor, please review the exhibitor application link to the right (once all spaces have filled), the exhibitor application will no longer be active.
FORT BRAGG BUSINESS OUTREACH EVENT. On Tuesday, August 6th, in lieu of the formal breakfast (previous years), the Fort Bragg Outreach Event will be held starting at 0800 (light breakfast and refreshments will be available). The Fort Bragg Outreach Event will provide a forum for Directorate and other installation officials to provide an update on:
The Fort Bragg Business Outreach Event will be held at Fayetteville Technical Community College in the Tony Rand Student Center, Multi-Purpose Room for all exhibitors and invited guests (2201 Hull Road, Fayetteville, NC 28303) with program beginning at 8:00 am. All Trade Show Exhibitor participants are encouraged to attend this event. Please arrive no later than 7:40 am so that program can begin promptly at 8:00 am.
DEFENSE TRADE SHOW.
The Trade Show will be held in the Horace Sisk Building on Fayetteville Technical Community College campus at 2201 Hull Road, Fayetteville, NC. Parking is available in lots #3, 3a, 6 & 20. Unloading of exhibitor materials is available in lot #12.

EARLY EXHIBITOR MOVE-IN (PREFERRED):
DAY OF EVENT MOVE-IN SCHEDULE:
Set-up is encouraged on August 5 so that all exhibitors can attend the Fort Bragg Business Outreach Event.
EXHIBITOR MOVE-OUT SCHEDULE: We ask that no dismantling of displays or packing of products occurs before 2:30 PM, August 6th. The exhibit hall, however, must be cleared by 4:30 PM.
All items must be received no later than close of business Wednesday, July 31, 2019.
ASSISTANCE IN PLANNING: In preparation for the Trade Show, please ensure your exhibit space is contained within the table top display frame (outlined in the “Booth Equipment” section), unless additional requirements have already been cleared with Courtney Smedick.
DRESS ATTIRE: Business casual, ACU’s or equivalent for military representatives.

WIRELESS INTERNET: Wireless Internet will be available during the Trade Show.
CANCELLATION: If you need to cancel your exhibit space for any reason, please let either Courtney Smedick (contact information below) know as soon as possible so that a company on the wait list can receive your space.
PLEASE NOTE: No signs, merchandise or any other items are to be pinned, stapled or otherwise attached to any Fayetteville Technical Community College property. Exhibitors shall be responsible for any damage or loss of materials placed on the show floor.
