HURRICANE FLORENCE PACKAGE 7: SUBCONTRACTOR OUTREACH

Due to the North Carolina Governor’s declaration of a public health emergency, the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Interim Guidance for COVID-19, travel restrictions and social distancing measures in place, the NCMBC and Coastal Carolina Community College have decided to not host in-person subcontractor outreach events for Package 7, Hurricane Florence Recovery MILCON.  Instead, we are providing information virtually from the prime contractors.

Project Description.   Hurricane Florence Package 7 includes four projects for construction of barracks, classroom and hangar facilities at Marine Corps Air Station New River, valued at $425 – $475 million.  NAVFAC announced on March 14 that the three contractors selected to proceed to Phase II of the selection process include Archer Western Federal JV, ECC Infrastructure LLC, and M.A. Mortenson Company.

Non-price proposal due date: May 14
Price proposal due date: June 14
