BIOGRAPHY. Julia Leoni joined the North Carolina Military Business Center in May 2015. Mrs. Leoni’s responsibilities include supporting the NCMBC’s business development specialists, across the state, in managing records and notifying businesses of potential opportunities with an internal database containing over 52,000 businesses, while maintaining and updating the database to ensure validity.
Mrs. Leoni is attending Craven Community College and graduating in the Fall of 2017 with a Associates in Criminal Justice. Mrs. Leoni office is in the Craven Community College – Havelock Campus Institute of Aeronautical Technology. She currently resides in Havelock NC with her husband and son.
