Assisted NC businesses in winning 3,039 contracts minimum value of $9.8 billion

REGISTRATION: 2018 SOUTHEAST REGION FEDERAL CONSTRUCTION, INFRASTRUCTURE & ENVIRONMENTAL SUMMIT (OCT 24-25)

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSED AT 11 AM, OCT 24. 

  • WALK-IN REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED. 

    • To expedite the walk-in registration process, you can have a check made payable to “Fayetteville Technical Community College” with a physical address and phone number (written or typed).  If it is a personal check, you must include a driver’s license number and state.  
    • Credit cards will be accepted.  Discover, Visa and MasterCard only.  American Express will not be accepted. 
    • Cash will not be accepted. 

All registration types include: Admission to all Pre-Summit Activities on October 24th (except for the Golf Tournament) and the The Summit on October 25th to include: a full program; light breakfast; buffet lunch; beverages/snacks throughout the day; access to the exhibitor expo and event materials. 


Attendee Registration

  • Early Bird Registration (Ends August 31), Attendee: $150.00
  • Late Registration (Begins September 1), Attendee: $175.00

 

 

 

State Agency & Panelist Registration

  • Attendee: $125.00 (there is no early bird or late registration tier)

 

 

 

 

Active Duty/Federal Government Employee Registration

  •  Free of Charge

Business representatives with a veteran status. Though we thank you for your service, this rate does not apply to business representatives with a veteran status -this rate is for active duty military personnel and federal government employees who are tasked by their commands to support the event.

Exhibitor Registration (Includes 2 Attendees)

  • Early Bird Exhibitor Registration (Ends August 31): $450.00
    • Exhibitor registration includes an exhibit space (8-foot skirted table, 2 chairs), access to all Summit program and activities
  • Late Exhibitor Registration (Begins September 1): $475.00
    • Exhibitor registration includes an exhibit space (8-foot skirted table, 2 chairs), access to all Summit program and activities

Please Note: If your company would like to send more than the two individuals included in the exhibitor registration, please register and pay for those individuals on the attendee registration/rate.  After registration, please email Courtney Smedick (courtney@ncmbc.us) and identify those individuals so that they can be moved over manually to the exhibitor registration for your company. 


EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY.  If the need to cancel occurs, please notify NCMBC in writing to courtney@ncmbc.us 30 days prior to the event for a full refund. Refunds will not be provided to those who cancel 30 days from the event. Refunds will not be provided for “No Shows” the day of the event.
