Date: Mar 21, 2012
Description: Member Appreciation BBQ & Game Night with the Canes, hosted by the NCTA Board of Directors.

The Hurricanes and NCTA will host a Member Appreciation BBQ that will include game night with the 'Canes. Each ticket includes pre-game BBQ and networking with NCTA member companies, along with a lower level ticket to the game.

When: Wednesday, March 21

5:00 pm – Reception Registration Opens; BBQ Dinner Starts. Dinner is chicken & pork BBQ with all the fixings with tea, lemonade, water & beer as beverage choices.

6:30 pm – Begin heading into the game (doors to the RBC Center open at 6:00)

6:45 pm – Reception ENDS

7:00 pm – Game Time/Puck Drops

ATTIRE:

Where: RBC Center - North Patio

Our BBQ dinner will be under a private tent on the North Patio. Click HERE to see a map of the RBC Center and parking lots with the North Patio marked in Orange. There are stairs on either side of the Patio area because the Patio is located above the loading dock and you cannot walk straight up to it from the north parking lots. However, the stairs are on either side and the large tent where our dinner will be served is hard to miss.

Parking: The North parking lots (listed as “North” on the attached map) should be the first ones open at 5:00, and we have also been told that at that hour parking attendants will be directing almost everyone towards those North lots anyway (which are located on the RBC Center side furthest away from Carter Finley Stadium). Those North lots will be the closest to our tent for the dinner/reception, but as the lots fill up with hockey fans, you will be directed to park in other areas by the attendants and then you should simply park as directed and walk around the RBC Center to our Patio location. PLEASE NOTE- you do have to pay for parking at the RBC Center. Rates range from $7 to $10 and CASH is required.

Register: Individual Registrations
NCTA Members – $50 (Includes BBQ Reception and Lower Level Ticket)
Registration is available only to NCTA members and their family/guests.
