General.  DoD will spend $5 - $7 billion in construction on military bases in NC between 2006 and 2013.  The NCMBC has partnered with construction, engineering and architectural firms, the Carolinas Associated General Contractors, the Associated Builders and Contractors (Carolinas Chapter,) the American Council of Engineering Companies/NC, and other State agencies to help NC firms win more military construction projects.
