Summit: Exhibitor InformationBOOTH EQUIPMENT: Exhibitor Spaces 1 – 110 will be provided with a 8’ wide by 6‘ deep space (give or take some space) and spaces 111-126 (there will be room on the side of your exhibit spaces, but not to expand out into the hallway) will be provided with a table-top display only. Each booth will be provided with an 8’ x 30” table, two chairs, floor length tablecloth and one electrical outlet (if requested on registration). Should you have specific questions on whether your exhibit space will fit your selected space or questions about how to best utilize your location, please email Courtney Smedick (courtney@ncmbc.us). BOOTH CREDENTIALS. Upon arrival, your credentials and materials will be located at your exhibit space. NCMBC staff will be available to assist with unloading and booth location at the unloading dock location (see below). There is no requirement to check-in at the registration table unless you have name changes, questions, etc. UNLOADING DOCK: The Convention Center requests all exhibitors unload their items from the drive-on ramp located on North Water Street. This ramp has access directly inside of the exhibit hall. Please do not bring items through the main Convention Center doors. DAY OF EVENT MOVE-IN SCHEDULE: DRESS ATTIRE: Business casual. SHIPPING INFORMATION: All items must be received 48 hours prior to The Summit. Please note: If you are shipping items following the event, you must have your return labels printed and call your selected transportation (UPS, FEDEX, etc) for the pickup. The Convention Center will not place calls for transportation pickup. Items must be properly labeled and placed on the loading dock for pickup. WIRELESS INTERNET: Complimentary WiFi is available at the Wilmington Convention Center. Please note: No signs, merchandise or any other items are to be pinned, stapled or otherwise CONTACT.
