Are you ready to take your business to the next level? Become a Charlotte Emerging Leader in 2021

Are you ready to take your business to the next level?
Become a Charlotte Emerging Leader in 2021

Charlotte Emerging Leaders is an innovative program designed specifically for established small business owners. We provide participants with the know-how, training, and networks needed to turn growth plans into action. It is a great way to focus your goals, maximize your time, and make a big leap forward. At the end of the program, participants walk away with a customized three-year Strategic Growth Action Plan™ identifying the action steps required to achieve their business goals.

You will work ON your Business—not just IN it. Classes start VIRTUALLY in April and are held twice a month through October. Hopefully, classes will meet in person toward the end of the year.

SBA has hosted Emerging Leaders across the country for the past 12 years. Graduates from the Emerging Leader program on average experience: 39% growth in revenue; 68% add jobs; 18% receive bank loans; 30% receive government contracts. This is our sixth class in the Charlotte Metro Area.

Cost of this program? FREE.

Participants must:

• Be the owner or a principal in an established small business

• Have annual revenues of at least $250,000

• Been in business for at least 3 full years

• Have at least one employee other than the owner

• Most importantly, the executive must be dedicated to attend 13 virtual training sessions, complete required homework, and virtual group meetings.
