  • DLA C&T just announced that industry feedback to RFIs is critical to reassure C&T that domestic capacity exists to meet their requirements. Industry response to RFIs in 2020 reassured C&T about domestic capacity to produce dress clothing. Please respond to RFIs!
  • The Defense Logistics Agency, Clothing and Textiles (C&T) “Joint Advanced Planning Brief for Industry (JAPBI)” started today. C&T just announced expected procurement of $1.5 billion in textile-based products in FY2021 ($1.6 billion in FY2020).
  • At JAPBI, Army announced priorities: Water filtration/desalinization, spectral/signature mitigation, (power) conductive textiles, over-snow mobility, cold weather survival blanket, combat vehicle crewman uniform, ballistic and blast protection. Contact NCMBC with capabilities!
