DOE SBIR Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) has been released!

The Department of Energy’s Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) and Small Business Technology Transfer (STTR) programs has released the FY22 Phase I Release 1 Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA). This is the solicitation which provides guidelines on how to prepare a responsive application to topics of specific interest to the Department of Energy. Click and download the FY22 topics document: FY22 topics document. and the FOA.  To submit an application to DOE you must first complete a two page white paper called a Letter of Intent (LOI) and submit it by Monday, August 30th.

If you can address these topics and have never applied for a DOE SBIR/STTR award before – you may be eligible to receive free proposal preparation assistance through the DOE Phase 0 program.
