Creating a WOW Culture
June 15, 2021 from 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM

This session will share three keys for building a WOW culture where employees are engaged, motivated, and supported to succeed. Following this this session, you will hold great tools to craft an engaging onboarding process, to help employees achieve their goals, and to cultivate psychological safety to ignite innovation. The session is intended for managers, leaders, and those new to the workforce.

Speakers:
Tracy Quinichett Whitehead
, a Senior Client Liaison with Insperity, collaboratively partners with business owners and internal team members to inspire a positive client experience. Tracy analyzes client needs and strategically delivers Insperity products and services to increase satisfaction, retention, and growth. Tracy’s customer-first approach, covered in Insperity’s recent YouTube commercial, shares how she uses authentic and intentional actions to build and maintain trusted relationships. In her spare time, Tracy enjoys making (and eating) Sushi. She holds a BA from Notre Dame of Maryland University and serves as the Mid-Atlantic Affiliate Liaison for Kappa Gamma Pi National Honor Society. Tracy is also a Board Member for Institute for Safer Trucking. 

Felicia Battle is a Senior Client Liaison with Insperity.  In this role she works with clients to align their business strategy and goals with Insperity’s services.  Felicia is customer focused and provides outstanding service while building relationships. Felicia has a MS in Managerial Technology from Johnson and Wales University.  In her free time, she enjoys spending time with family and Scrapbooking. 

Kate Lesniak is a Performance Specialist with Insperity. She accelerates business results through analyzing performance barriers of teams, facilitating live workshops, and improving workplace culture and engagement. She graduated with her M.A. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Appalachian State University in North Carolina. Since graduating, she has worked for 5+ years in various HR positions including Learning and Development, HR Analytics, HR Generalist, and Talent Acquisition roles. She is based out of Arlington, VA.



A Journey for Your Business: Mapping Out Employee Engagement

  • How to create interest and motivation during the hiring and onboarding process.
  • How feedback and recognition impact business growth. How to leave a positive impact to your employee’s career while building your brand.

Jenny Lesciotto, SHRM-SCP and Sherice Sargent, SHRM-SCP are HR Specialists at Insperity, Inc. who specialize in HR topics from Employee Relations, Diversity and Inclusion, policies and procedures and numerous HR topics for small to midsize businesses. Their client contacts range from business owners, C-suite executives, and HR leaders of all industries. Both Jenny and Sherice are active members of The Society for Human Resource Management.
