All personnel submitted requests for registration (in-person and virtual)\, once confirmed by the Government\, will receive a virtual invite. \nINDUSTRY DAY OVERVIEW: \nThe Program Executive Office for Unmanned and Small Combatants (PEO USC) invites existing and new industry partners to learn about future opportunities during a hybrid\, multi-day industry event from March 1st to 3rd\, 2023 in support of the National Defense Authorization Acts for Fiscal Year 2023 (NDAA FY23).  The hybrid event will include an in-person option in the Washington\, D.C. metro area and a virtual attendance option.  The Navy expects event briefs to cover strategic overviews\, program initiatives\, avenues of entry\, upcoming opportunities\, and other topics relevant to the direction and partnership opportunities with the PEO USC and beyond. \nNDAA FY23\, Section 862 requires that\, not later than March 1\, 2023 and every 180 days thereafter\, that each Secretary of the military department shall ensure that such military department conducts an outreach event to— \n\ncollaborate with the private sector on present current and future opportunities with respect to key advanced system development areas;\nraise awareness within the private sector of key advanced system development areas; and capability needs and existing and potential requirements related to the key advanced system development areas; and\nraise awareness within such military department of potential material solutions for capability needs and existing and potential requirements related to key advanced system development areas.\n\nThis Industry Day anticipates information sharing on Key Advanced System Development for the following areas: unmanned surface vessels; unmanned underwater vessels; unmanned deployable mobile ocean systems; unmanned deployable fixed ocean systems; and autonomous unmanned aircraft systems.  However\, the program and schedule are in development and subject to change. \nThe Navy anticipates releasing a detailed schedule of Government participants\, briefers\, and other draft information closer to the event\, as it is ready for distribution to approved pre-registrants.  Anticipated briefers include the PEO USC\, the Program Executive Offices for Unmanned Aviation and Strike Weapons (PEO U&W)\, the Unmanned Task Force\, the Marine Corps Systems Command\, the Office of Naval Research (ONR)\, and the Defense Innovation Unit (DIU). \nPre-registration using the attached form is required to participate in the event.  Registration on the day of the event is not allowed.  Registration for in-person attendance will be available on a first come\, first served basis; each company is requested to limit their registration to one (1) attendee per company in person (additional attendees will be permitted to join virtually).  The Navy will provide virtual attendance information to registered companies only. \nAccess for all Industry Day events will be restricted to U.S. DoD contractors only.  Audio or visual recording devices of any kind are prohibited.  The Navy will use the CAGE Code provided on the registration to verify U.S. DoD contractors. \nDISCLAIMER: \nThis notice shall not be construed as a commitment by the Government to solicit contractual offers or award contracts.  The Government will not reimburse the cost of any submission in response to this announcement – the entire cost of any submission will be at the sole expense of the source submitting the information.  The Government will not reimburse respondents for any questions submitted or information provided as a result of this notice..
