Before joining IES in 2008\, Holli spent 14 years in the private sector managing the corporate safety program for an extensive healthcare system. Her responsibilities across her career have included ensuring compliance with various regulatory entities including OSHA\, EPA\, DOT\, NFPA and others. Additionally\, her professional experience includes the investigation of work-related accidents and injuries\, emergency management\, incident command and the development and implementation of processes designed to reduce or mitigate identified safety risks. She also has experience as a Six Sigma Green Belt with active involvement in healthcare quality improvement projects. Holli has a B.S. in health education from UNC-Greensboro and has earned her MESH (Manager of Environmental Safety and Health) certificate through NC State University.
