DESCRIPTION:Construction Quality Management for Contractors \nThis course is required by both the Army Corp of Engineers (COE) and the Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC) for contractors doing business aboard military installations. Holli has a B.S. in health education from UNC-Greensboro and has earned her MESH (Manager of Environmental Safety and Health) certificate through NC State University.
