Coraopolis Army Reserve Center\n99 Soldiers Lane\nMoon Township\, PA\n*Meeting will take place in the auditorium (JOC) \nThe Government is planning to issue a single construction contract solicitation for the construction of a one-story AMSA / VMS consisting of approximately 20\,325 gross square feet to provide the following functions: \n\nVehicle Maintenance Work bays\nTool and Parts Storage\nOffice Space\nClassroom/Break Area\nCommo/Elec Repair Shop\nFluids Areas (Controlled Waste/Flammable Storage/Fluids Distribution)\nBuilding Support Functions (Toilet Rooms\, Mechanical Room\, Electrical Room\, TR\, EF\, Janitors Closet\, Lactation Room)\nSATS Canopy detached from main AMSA building\nCovered Wash Rack detached from main AMSA building\nBi-Level loading Ramp\nWater treatment facility\nFire pump and tank\n\nThis is not a Request for Proposal\, an Invitation to Bid\, or a Request for Quotation.
