SUMMARY:2026 Barracks Repair by Replacement Industry Day
DESCRIPTION:Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command\, Mid-Atlantic (MIDLANT) invites contractors to attend the Industry Day event for the 2026 Barracks Repair by Replacement Initiative. The intent is to provide industry with an overview of the program\, answer any reasonable questions\, and collect feedback from industry about the program. \nThis program will utilize two Design-Build (DB) Solicitation Packages consisting of five Bachelor Enlisted Quarters Buildings per package. Package One will be executed at Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point. Package Two will contain four buildings to be executed at Marine Corps Base Lejeune and one building at Marine Corps Air Station New River. \nWhen. Wednesday\, 28 January 2026\nCheck-in for the event begins at 8:30AM \nWhere. Courtyard Marriot\n5046 Henderson Drive\, Jacksonville\, NC \nWho. Interested parties for the 2026 Barracks Repair by Replacement Initiative\, Prime and Subcontractors are welcome. \nRegistration Information: Registration for attending the industry day is required. Participation will be limited to the first 200 number of people.
