Government Contracting for Manufacturers: Turning Capability into Opportunity

January 21, 2026 @ 10:30 am - 11:30 am

Many North Carolina manufacturers have the capabilities, quality standards, and capacity that government agencies seek but few are tapping into this multi-billion-dollar market. This one-hour webinar introduces manufacturers to the fundamentals of federal contracting and how their products, processes, and certifications align with government purchasing needs.

Participants will learn how the federal marketplace works, what agencies buy manufactured goods, how to identify and qualify opportunities, and how to position their business for success. The session will also highlight how the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) connects manufacturers to federal buyers and primes through tools like MatchForce and strategic industry initiatives.
