- Featured Presentation: Captain John D. Berry, P.E., Commander, Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center. Captain Berry will provide an overview of the US Coast Guards Shore Infrastructure Logistics Center (SILC) highlighting its mission to manage and sustain the Coast Guards shore facilities and infrastructure. Key topics will include current infrastructure challenges, priorities for future investments, and opportunities for industry collaboration to support mission readiness.
- Business Spotlight: Sambau Ly, CEO, Shepherds Response. Mr. Ly will share how partnering with the NCMBC was a turning point for his organization. Through this collaboration, Shepherd Response was able to leverage resources and connections that strengthened its ability to deliver critical disaster recovery services. The company’s efforts during Hurricane Helene relief combined with NCMBC’s support, enabled Shepherd response to expand its footprint, secure new projects, and create jobs.
