Biography:
TJ Gilroy joined the NCMBC in January of 2022 as a Business Development Professional and became a full-time employee In July 2024 with a focus on Research and Development traditional and non-traditional acquisition and processes.
Prior to joining the NCMBC, TJ was a Marine Corps Pilot. After leaving the Marines, TJ became a tactical equipment executive for three distribution companies, two of which were awarded Special Operational Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Programs (SOE TLSP) and Fire and Emergency Equipment Tailored Logistics Support Programs (FESE TLSP) from the Defense Logistics Agency. As such he developed products, hired and trained sales teams, wrote and executed proposals for government contracts, and worked directly with the manufacturers of tactical equipment. He also developed a marketing program for manufacturers to get their product information directly in the hands of military decision makers.
TJ is a graduate of the University of Virginia, Naval Flight School, Aviation Safety Course, and is certified as a Behavioral Consultant for DISC personality assessments. He is also the author of Authenticity Advantage, Employ Your GIFT, The Purpose Master Key, The Holy Hand Grenade, and Father Fracture.
