The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy will host an Industry Day to inform current and potential contractors about the COG 4 region Ground Fuels contract opportunity. COG4 includes fuel delivery sites in the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Missouri, Mississippi, North Carolina and South Carolina. The North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC), an entity of the State of North Carolina, will host and logistically support the DLA Energy Industry Day.
When: May 13-14, 2025 starting at 9:00 am – 2:30 pm on both days.
Where: This will be a virtual event, credentials will be provided closer to the event. Registration is required.
What: Topics to be discussed include: how to do business with DLA Energy, details of the COG4 Ground Fuels contract, bidding opportunities and processes applicable to this contract, etc. Optional opportunities for one-on-one meetings with DLA Energy staff members will be available for scheduling following the event on the registration form.
Who: Potential prime and subcontractors able to deliver fuels to one or more delivery points in any of the COG4 states are encouraged to participate.
SPE607-25-R-0201 is a DDF Intoplane solicitation for procurement of various petroleum fuel products for delivery to support Department of Defense (DoD) activities and Federal Civilian agencies at various commercial airports in: Connecticut, Massachusetts, Maine, New Hampshire, New York, Rhode Island, Vermont, Delaware, Maryland, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Virginia, District of Columbia, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Puerto Rico, Virgin Islands and Canada.
