The NCDOT(Division 2 Construction Engineer) Cadmus Capehart, PE. He will provide a brief overview of future projects in the area with details of the US 70 Havelock Bypass construction project and existing US 70 improvements between New Bern and Havelock.

Look for base access information in the e-mail coming directly from the Post secretary. Please arrive early as you will need to go inside the pass office to get your pass before proceeding to Miller’s Landing for an 11:30 arrival.
