Biography. Pamela (Pam) Argilan joined the North Carolina Military Business Center (NCMBC) Regional Program Manager Team in August 2025. She brings a distinctive and valuable perspective to the organization, having served in both private industry and the federal government.

In her role at NCMBC, Pam is responsible for identifying high-value federal contracting opportunities and guiding businesses through the complexities of government solicitations. She assists companies in preparing competitive proposals and supports them in successfully executing federal contracts.

Prior to joining NCMBC, Pam served as a Contracting Professional, actively supporting businesses across North Carolina and the nation in securing federal contracts. She retired from federal service with 20 years of distinguished experience, most recently as the Supervisory Contracting Officer at the U.S. Coast Guard’s Facilities Design and Construction Center. Before her tenure with the Coast Guard, she contributed to the Naval Facilities Engineering Command Atlantic’s Contingency Contracting team.
