Attention Business Owners: ICAP has just opened a micro-grant application for business owners that suffered loss through Hurricane Helene.

Program Overview. Provide financial relief to businesses in Western North Carolina impacted by Hurricane Helene.

Eligibility Criteria
Grants amount: $5,100
Business Operation preferences:
• Registered and operational for at least one year before Hurricane Helene (verified through NC Secretary of State status)

Documentation Requirements:
• 2024 business tax returns
• Year-to-date (YTD) profit and loss (P&L) statement for 2025.
