Knowledge Based Services, also referred to as Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS), relates to tasks that require the application of detailed processes or technical knowledge.

GSA ASTRO
The GSA ASTRO program scope includes operations, maintenance, readiness, development, systems integration, support, and research and development for manned, unmanned, and optionally manned systems, robotics, and platforms, as well as the services that support those systems, robotics, and platforms. Period of performance has a 10-year potential.
