2024 SPRING CONFERENCE

Dates: March 5-6, 2024
Location: Pinehurst Resort (Carolina Hotel) – Pinehurst, NC
Registration Fees: $450 for members / $300 for emerging executives and retirees / $775 for non-members

LODGING INFORMATION

NCEDA’s main block of rooms is at the Pinehurst Resort, and there is an overflow block at the Homewood Suites located about one mile from the resort. Note that the conference begins on Tuesday afternoon with the optional networking activities and ends on Wednesday following lunch. The night of Tuesday, March 5 is the only night you will need, but there are a handful of rooms available in both blocks for the night of Monday, March 4 for anyone who would like to arrive early.

Pinehurst Resort Block

• Dates Available:  Night of March 5 (A few rooms are available for March 4 for anyone wanting to come in early – be sure to change your check-in day to March 5 if you just plan to stay one night. The reservation page automatically had Monday, March 4 as the check-in day.)
• Rate:  $249/night++
• Cutoff Date:  February 1, 2024 (while the official cut-off date isn’t until 2/1/24, this block will most likely fill up in a couple of days!)
• Reservation Link:  NCEDA Pinehurst Resort Block (or call the Resort at 855.274.2964 and request the NCEDA Block.)
• Note that the Carolina Hotel rooms are already full, but the Resort has extended our group rate to the “best available” resort wide that includes rooms at the other resort hotels or their condos. When you visit the Resort reservation page, you’ll see “Carolina Hotel is sold out” – however, you can still click on the ‘Click Here to Book Now’ link on the right side of the page to select a “best available” room.
  

Homewood Suites Block

• Note that the Homewood Suites has a complimentary shuttle to and from the Resort!
