Mary Taylor is a Senior Manager with Signal and works in the national security practice to execute clients’ national security, intelligence, and cybersecurity priorities. Prior to joining Signal, Mary directly served Virginia’s Lt. Governor Winsome Sears on her Transition Committee after the election. Mary helped the Lt. Governor get acclimated, organized, and prepared to take office.

Prior to serving the Lt. Governor of Virginia, Mary spent two years working in the aerospace, defense, and government services sector at Harris Williams, an investment bank, where she assisted in the mergers and acquisitions of companies valued in the middle market, ranging between $500 million and $1 billion. Governor’s office on behalf of clients.

As the wife of a U.S. Marine, Mary spends her free time voluntarily enriching the lives of young, single Marines who are new to the fleet and to the barracks of Washington, D.C. She and her husband have spent countless hours mentoring and indeterminately opening their home on a consistent basis, providing a safe space and a sense of home. Mary also utilizes her professional skills to help Marines during their transition to civilian life and has provided advice and direction on applying to college, jobs, and VA-assisted career development programs.
