Small Business Program Qualifications for Federal Contractors, Advantages and Application Processes (GCAP, if they don’t teach it then NCMBC, Local BDP) Learn about different Small Business Programs that can help set you apart when competing for Federal contracts. Learn about the various socio-economic set asides, minimum qualifications, and advantages of these qualifiers. We will also direct you to the appropriate resources to help you get the appropriate certifications without spending any money! This session is ideal for companies who have been in business for at least 2-3 years on the commercial side and are exploring expanding and/or diversifying their business to work with the Federal Government. This session is not appropriate for people who want to learn how to start a business. We recommend SBTDC or the local Apex Accelerators for that.
