- Featured Presentation: John Kirejczyk, Soldier Survivability within PEO Soldier
John Kirejczyk serves as the Director of Technology Management & Integration and Project Manager for Soldier Survivability within PEO Soldier (SFAE-GSS-SSV). In this role, he leads the integration and transition of advanced survivability technologies that enhance Soldier protection across operational environments.
His portfolio includes oversight of technologies supporting camouflage, concealment, and signature management, with emphasis on reducing detectability across visible, infrared (IR), and other spectral bands. This work includes textile-based and material-system approaches to multispectral camouflage and signature reduction, aimed at improving battlefield survivability against increasingly advanced sensing and detection systems.
Kirejczyk has played a key role in coordinating technology development between government, industry, and research partners to accelerate fielding of next-generation Soldier protection systems, ensuring that innovations in materials science and textile engineering are effectively transitioned into operational capabilities.

Nagle is Co-CEO of A‑B Emblem, a U.S.-based manufacturer of embroidered insignia and patches serving the U.S. military, NASA, public safety agencies, and commercial customers worldwide.
He has been with the company since the early 1990s and has held senior leadership roles for decades, helping guide operations, production expansion, and long-term customer support across defense and aerospace supply chains.
A-B Emblem was founded in 1941 and has been in continuous operation for more than 75 years, remaining a family-owned manufacturer with both domestic and international production capabilities supporting large-scale insignia and uniform requirements for government and industry customers.
